If for whatever reason, you become dissatisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your account activation, we will refund your hosting fees (including any setup fees), no questions asked. This guarantee applies to all our shared hosting plans.

The only exception to this guarantee is domain name registration & license registration. These fees cannot be refunded because we pay the same to third party companies to bring you all services under one roof :-)
 
         
 

To request a refund and the cancellation of your service:-

Login to your Web Hosting Client Area and click the Service which you cancel.

Under the Product Details Page, you will find the link to Cancel your particular service.

OR

Login to your Billing and Support Client Area and Submit a Ticket.
